Frech, will be broadcast on Channel 13, WNET New York on Friday, August 8 at 10pm (http://www.thirteen.org/schedule/). “Bowery Dish” explores the connection between trendy restaurants and gentrification on New York’s notorious Bowery, long before Daniel Boulud signed the lease for DBGB. The film was produced by Kevin and Joan Kasarda.
