We directed and produced behind the scenes and repertory videos for Ailey's current season. Here's a screen shot from their December 2016 newsletter featuring two videos.
We filmed heptathlete Heather Miller-Koch and her husband/coach Ryan Koch as they trained in Chula Vista, CA. Heather shared her story as a former nurse at Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS), where Ryan had the surgery that makes it possible for him to coach Heather today.
Client: Hospital for Special Surgery
Kevin filmed champion gymnast Paul Ruggeri training in Colorado Springs and talking about his successful treatment with Dr. Jordan Metzl, Hospital for Special Surgery.
Our video interstitials for the 2016 Radio Mercury Awards were a big hit, especially the "why it won" video that introduced the $50,000 Best of Show Winner!
Kevin directed the digital campaign for the 2015 Radio Mercury Awards. Working with a script by Robert Rooney, CD, Y&R NY, the campaign featured 2015 chief Judge Jim Elliott, Global Chief Creative Officer, Arnold Worldwide, in a series of humorous vignettes that showcased how not to produce great radio spots.
We filmed a video interview series to celebrate the 75th anniversary of American Ballet Theatre (ABT).
Director Kevin Frech and videographer Nicole Libassi conducted interviews with more than 20 current and past ABT dancers. We produced over 35 videos, incorporating interviews, archival footage and photographs, to document the rich history and dynamic present of ABT, "America’s National Ballet Company®."
Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater's new season features several new pieces, including the world premier of Matthew Rushing's "Odetta." Don't miss your opportunity to see this moving new work, along with other new and classic Ailey pieces, at NY City Center through Jan. 4, 2015
Here's a video we created for another Ailey debut, Jacqqulyn Buglisi's "Suspended Women."
We produced a :60 spot to promote "Marathon Monday" for Hospital for Special Surgery and their partnership with the 2014 TCS New York City Marathon. The spot features several HSS staffers who are veteran marathoners.
If you'll be in the Marathon, check out the HSS website for more information on Marathon Monday.
